Goddess Groove

Connect with nature and community through mindful movement and meditation in an intimate beachfront setting. Goddess Groove takes place Thursday, March 6 at The Miami Beach EDITION.

This Women's History Month celebration combines barefoot dance, breathwork and sound healing led by Sabrina of Kanekshun. The evening progresses from guided meditation with singing bowls to somatic dance on the sand, concluding with a sharing circle and complimentary cocktail. Participants are invited to experience this blend of wellness practices while enjoying the natural elements of Miami Beach's shoreline.
