Gospel Fest Miami Weekend

Music, history and cultural education come together in an immersive exploration of one of America's most influential musical traditions. Gospel Fest Miami Weekend takes over the Adrienne Arsht Center on June 21-22, offering diverse programming for both casual listeners and dedicated vocalists. The two-day event features free activities including a documentary screening on gospel's historical roots, conversations with historians about the genre's role in the Civil Rights movement and its impact on popular music, plus hands-on vocal clinics and choir workshops for singers of all abilities. Local gospel performers will showcase their talents in a free community concert, leading up to the weekend's culminating event - a ticketed performance featuring national gospel recording artists sharing the stage with Miami's own gospel musicians.

Free activities require advance RSVP, while concert tickets will be available for purchase beginning April 24. A complete schedule of performances, participating artists and activities will be announced in the coming weeks.
