International Women's Day Lunch at Flora Plant Kitchen

Local changemakers unite over mindful cuisine and meaningful dialogue about women's empowerment and community wellness. The International Women's Day Lunch, hosted at Flora Plant Kitchen on Saturday, March 8 from 3 to 7pm, brings together community leaders for an afternoon of connection and purposeful discussion.

Co-hosted by Melissa Manning and Hilda Pérez, this gathering features insights from policy experts on women's and youth wellness initiatives, while supporting local nonprofit organizations. Attendees will enjoy a curated plant-based menu at this woman-owned establishment while networking with fellow community advocates.

The event includes opportunities to learn about current legislation affecting women's issues, participate in raffles and receive curated goodie bags. All proceeds benefit programs supporting women and youth development in Miami.
