Ancient rituals blend with modern wellness practices in this intimate evening of ceremonial cacao and sound healing. Journey to the Heart: A Cacao & Sound Experience takes place at 1 Hotel South Beach's Rooftop East End on Monday, February 10.
Led by Sabrina of Kanekshun, the ceremony combines traditional cacao rituals with sound healing, while vocalist Emilia Garth provides acoustic accompaniment. The Valentine's week gathering offers participants an opportunity for self-reflection and mindfulness through these complementary practices.
The event is complimentary for hotel guests and members aged 21 and over, with advance registration required through the concierge or via email 1sb.marketing@1hotels.com. Admission is $45 for participants that are not hotel guests or members.
