Miami Noir: History, Fashion and Culture
Feb 21, 2025
From: 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM
Cultural narratives come alive through an exploration of Miami's Black history, fashion and community influence. Miami Noir: History, Fashion, and Culture brings this dynamic story to North Dade Regional Library in Miami Gardens on Friday, February 21.
Presented by A Lady Named Pearl Foundation Inc., this free event combines thoughtful dialogue with creative expression. A panel discussion delves into the historical significance of Miami's Black community, while a fashion show spotlights the work of local Black designers, demonstrating the continuing impact of Black culture on the city's creative landscape.
Due to limited seating, advance registration is required for this Black History Month celebration.
