Noche Cubana, presented by BACARDÍ Rum, takes place at the Kimpton Surfcomber Hotel on Miami Beach, offering a celebration of Cuban cuisine and cocktail culture on Saturday, February 22.
This South Beach Wine & Food Festival® event brings together an exceptional trio of Miami culinary personalities: James Beard Award-winning chef Michelle Bernstein, her partner David Martinez, and renowned beverage expert Gio Gutierrez (@ChatChowTV). Together, these industry veterans – known for successful ventures like Cafe La Trova, Sweet Liberty, La Cañita and Senora Martinez – showcase their expertise in Cuban cuisine and cocktail crafting.
The outdoor gathering features carefully curated dishes alongside classic Cuban cocktails crafted with BACARDI Reserva Ocho and Havana Club rum. Guests can explore the art of rum aging in the dedicated Rum Room while learning about BACARDÍ's tropical legacy. As the evening progresses, the event transforms into a dynamic celebration with live salsa dancing adding to the ambiance.
