The Macallan Dinner: Burns Night

Guests are invited to indulge in an evening steeped in tradition at Fontainebleau’s Prime 54 as they celebrate a time-honored Scottish ritual. On Saturday, January 25, The Macallan Dinner: Burns Night offers an exclusive experience, honoring the legacy of Robert Burns, Scotland’s national poet, with fine whisky and expertly crafted cuisine. 

The evening will feature a selection of The Macallan whiskies, each thoughtfully paired with a custom menu created by Prime 54’s Executive Chef, Michael Paley.
