Indulge in a romantic Valentine's Day dinner at Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill. The Valentine's Day Chef's Tasting Menu, available on Friday, February 14, features a thoughtfully curated four-course menu complemented by two glasses of prosecco.
The meal begins with a trio of appetizers, including Duck Korokke with Japanese sweet potato, Kusshi Oysters with cucumber granita and caviar, and Hamachi Blood Orange Crudo. The second course features a Chef's Choice Nigiri Sushi Platter, followed by a third course of Whole Grilled Branzino and Wagyu Zabuton, paired with Black Garlic Tare and Uni Truffle Pasta. Conclude the evening with a palate-cleansing Kimchi Plum & Verjus and a Basque-Style Pistachio Cheesecake.
