Women's Circle: International Women's Month

A serene outdoor gathering combines ancient wellness practices with modern mindfulness techniques on the shores of Miami Beach. The Women's Circle: International Women's Month celebration takes place Wednesday, March 19, at 1 Hotel South Beach.

Led by Sabrina of Kanekshun, this intimate session incorporates breathwork exercises, guided meditation and sound healing accompanied by a traditional tea ceremony. Participants will be provided with noise-canceling headphones to enhance their immersion in the experience, while journaling activities offer opportunities for personal reflection.

The event is complimentary for hotel guests and members aged 21 and over, though advance registration through the concierge or via email is required to secure limited spaces. Admission is $35 for non-hotel guests. Please note that tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
