Palmetto Golf Course
Sports
Spread across 121 acres right off of US 1, Palmetto Golf Course is a par-70, championship course in South Dade. This 18-hole course has tree-lined fairways and a canal system that makes it both fun and challenging. Originally designed and built in 1959, Palmetto Golf Course was sold to Miami-Dade County in 1967.
This golf course has a lighted, 22-position driving range and a putting green where golfers can hone their skills. Families will love the on-site Palmetto Mini Golf, which has 18 holes surrounded by waterfalls, a lagoon, a cave and lush plants. Done golfing? Relax in the spacious clubhouse, get a bite to eat at the onsite Sports Grill or check out the pro shop.
